Adjoining/tandem room (12x12) comes with 2 walk in CLOSETS AND PRIVATE access to the shared bathroom with 1 other MALE who is VERY neat and tidy and rarely uses it.

Total: 288 sq feet

Shared living space (1,100sq ft) in an old 1917 Craftsman with 2 other (MALE) adults and 2 indoor/outdoor cats. 1.5 bathroom *(claw foot tub/shower), large kitchen, laundry, dining, and living room.

Outdoor living space includes: patio, porch, deck and gardens. Located on an urban regenerative farm within walking distance of Old Town and the Arroyo Seco

No pets, overnight guests or smoking.

AMENITIES:

Rent includes utilities, trash, WIFI, parking and access to nice indoor and outdoor living space (wood floors, high ceiling), bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry w/ washer and (shared) dryer, deck, patio, herb and vegetable garden.

House has NO CENTRAL AIR OR HEAT
