Hey! ISO someone to sublease my room preferably starting October 14 (flexible). 6 months left on the lease (ending mid April) It is a 4 bed 3 1/2 bath house in downtown Atlanta (Mechanicsville). It is 10 minutes from Spellman, Clark, Georgia Tec. 5 minutes from Georgia State, Benz stadium, etc. You will also have a reserved parking spot. There are 2 other working professionals (26F, 28F) as your roommates. My room is the master bedroom on the second floor at the end of the hallway with a walk-in closet, an extra storage closet in the hallway, and a big bathroom with a double vanity. The house is pet friendly as my roommates have 3 cats in total. Rent is 870 without including electricity, water, and internet. Also all commen areas of the house are fully furnished! Anyone interested will go through the landlord for an application and submit credit information. Lmk if you’re interested! (Also all the furniture is up for sale excluding the bed lol)
