Glenwood Avenue

The living room is empty with the exception of a coffee table & 3 seater couch. This can qualify as a living space as well. I have a washer & dryer, you wouldn’t have to pay to do laundry except to buy laundry detergent. All utilities included. Must work, go to school, or both! I have another woman soon to be living with me. But like I said, my livin room is big enough to be a studio. Closet included. This is a peaceful area, and private property. Not just anyone can come on this property. I been living here since the age of 2, I am now 18. There are air conditioners everywhere in the house including the living room. My only rules are no random people, cleanliness (clean up after yourself!), and respect.
