Front suite is available in a well kept 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home in the Village of Collier. Bedroom has single bed w/storage, nightstand, desk, framed prints, closed. Full bathroom (sink, tub, toilet) with some linens with storage in pantry and laundry. Fully stocked kitchen. Living room has a recliner, large couch, and TV. Screened back porch with furniture for relaxing.

I am a retired, single man living in the villages. I like to keep myself busy with activities and events that the villages has to offer. I’m quiet, clean, and a non-smoker. Looking for a friendly, responsible, and clean roommate.
