RENTAL INFO: Subleasing 2 unfurnished rooms (to 1 female) available in a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, 1,800 sq ft. condo in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Built in 2016. Available to move-in Dec. 1st. Large kitchen and living area and open concept. This condo is 1 story and has two rooms on each side of the house so basically one side is mine (2 medium rooms, 1 bathroom) and the other side of the house would be yours (1 master bedroom w ensuite bathroom and 1 smaller room/office w smaller closet) and there’s also an extra full bathroom (designated for guests).

1st room is a very spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (can easily fit a queen or king sized bed). 2nd room has a small closet but would be best used as an office or for additional storage. It’s definitely a “dual master bedroom” apartment type situation vibe but even bigger and better. Ideal for anyone who works from home and/or someone who needs a designated office space.

LOCATION: Conveniently located ~10 mins away from 210 fwy and ~15 mins from 60 fwy. ~10 mins away from Ontario Mills and ~12 mins from Victoria Gardens.

RENT PRICE AND UTILITIES: $1,450 monthly rent plus + 1/2 of electric (trash, water, wifi, phone, security alarm system are included). Please note that this unit is all electric. You are not renting just a room, but rather renting half a home so please keep this in mind with the pricing 🙂

ADDITIONAL INFO: Please note that this is not a party house, I work very long hours for work and I often have to get up very early. I am a very communicative person so if you have any known pet peeves or issues of concern that you want to discuss, I highly encourage my potential roommate to express them and I will do the same (in the utmost respectful way of course)! Communication is KEY! I am a neat freak when it comes to keeping the kitchen and living area tidy and clean and I always clean up any messes after cooking etc. and I would expect the same from my roomie.

ABOUT ME: Female. 30. Responsible, VERY clean, friendly, and easy going, and drama free. Looking for a FEMALE roomie who is down to earth and friendly and someone I can occasionally watch a movie/show with or someone who is to themselves…either way 🙂

I work remotely full-time (work in IT for a pharmaceutical company) and enjoy having something relaxing and safe to call home. I occasionally go out every once and awhile but overall I’m a home body. Non-smoker, don’t drink (don’t mind those that do though occasionally), and I love dogs but I’m pet free (sorry, no pets allowed as it’s not allowed in my lease).

I am vaccinated and Covid cautious and I’d prefer a roomie who is the same (I am immunocompromised so this is definitely a must have for me in a potential roommate). Looking for a long-term roommate (6 months or 1 year). I don’t do drugs and have no criminal history but if you have any other questions about me just feel free to ask! 😊
