ROOM:
The room is 11ft by 10ft. The closet is about 25 inches by 10ft. The closet includes abundant built-in shelving on both sides. Shared bath. Additionally, the bedrooms share a wall and furnace so some sound can travel between the rooms. Rent is reduced due to this reasonβ Please be mindful of this before reaching out.
APARTMENT:
The apartment features hardwood floors in every room, a large balcony, and beautiful natural light all day. Including mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets. The apartment is on the second floor in a building of only 6 units. Shared washer and dryer in the building with other tenants. The building manager visits the property once a week to sweep, clean outside, and pull the trash and recycling bins to the street.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
The space resides in a tiny suburb minutes from Downtown Culver City. The location is less than a 10-minute walk to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, bars, coffee, local nightlife, and tasty breakfast/brunch spots. However, the street remains calm and quiet at night. The beach is close, the 405 & I-10 are nearby, the expo and busses are close by, and most of LA is pretty easy to get to. The neighborhood is very clean and safe to walk around at night. The streets are clean and wide.
REQUIREMENTS FOR MOVE-IN:
*Landlord requires a background check application *Proof of income *First Months Rent *$500 Security Deposit
MISCELLANEOUS:
*Tandem Parking is available on-site for an extra $100 per month, otherwise, rent is for street parking only. *Rent includes water & internet *Gas & Electricity, will be split and paid separately. Depending on usage, utilities could be an extra $40-$80 per month.
