Hi Y’all!! I am offering a private room & private bathroom for $1040 + utilities available October 16th My name’s Alys and I am looking for a new roommate in my townhome just North of Mueller. It has a 2 car garage, WD included, tons of storage, small backyard for small to medium dogs, gated community, and a private pool. Room is unfurnished but all communal areas are.

I am 35 and work in Hotel Sales so I’m gone 9-5 M-F. I have no pets right now so welcome all fur babies. I love traveling, live music, chill cozy nights at home, cooking, plant lover, but loving being social. I would say I am an introverted extrovert as I value recharge alone time as well. Looking for a roommate who is a semi-professional, clean, can communicate maturely, and has good vibes all around! Becoming friends would be the cherry on the cake:).
