Hi! Listing a smart-home next gen suite casita for rent for good price Semi-furnished. See pictures. This suite has its own entrance for privacy, bathroom with walk in shower, room with new comfortable queen temperpedic bed, sectioned off A/C control over the unit, own washer/dryer for clothes, mini fridge, cabinets, etc. The carpet is slightly used (pets were here before us) yet only 5 years old and we have deep cleaned it/perfectly suitable. Please note this is a studio apartment type, the main house living room and garage hallway is connected with the suites bedroom walls. The living area is suite only without garage/backyard access (due to dogs mentioned below).

The great thing about this modern property on top of the above is that it’s in a gated and quiet safe neighborhood and area in Aliante in the Northern middle part of Vegas (30 min less to the strip). No need to worry about crime or your safety especially at the house compared to other Las Vegas areas at the same price for similar units.

My girlfriend Maggie and I live in the main house, both 24 years old. Looking for a driven and respectful roommate (student, military, entrepreneur, etc) male or female. Prefer one person, cats/dogs cool, smoking cool if you use a pen lol. If you have anything in your background let me know.

Other details, I just got out of the Air Force, working full time and studying at Georgetown university online for bachelors in business. We rarely have parties, don’t smoke, and are quiet in the main house. If you are looking for a modern sanctuary that comes in an excellent area (semi furnished) with no roommates and no hassle please reach out.

All you would need is a TV and couch, we will provide Wi-Fi, all utilities at one base price that is only slightly more than a shared house with multiple roommates forced to interact with. It’s a newly built house/unit, self sustainable perfect for someone working and going out in Vegas. We would know each other yet you would have your own space no matter what and we may not see each other often. We have two dogs: Luna a 6 month old poodle with Poncho a 4 year old chihuaha. You might see dogs in backyard, or hear them sometimes, yet they are both well-trained and mostly quiet. The suite is separate yet apartment-like, connected to main house.
