About the room
Hi! If you’re looking to move this room is it for you. It’s located 10 minutes from the Tarpon beach and about 20 minutes north of Clearwater Beach as well. With the shared bathroom. I prefer someone who cleans after themselves is all.
The room is pretty spacious. The cable is not available but WiFi & internet is. The area that I live in is close to everything and the 19 hwy. I hope to hear from you very soon :) Thanks!
About the roomies
The other Roomies are great and we all are busy in the week and mostly out on weekends. The deposit is to hold your place and will go towards the rent upon move-in.
The home is cozy next to an elementary school and lots of unique little stores close by, it’s a safe and peaceful city!
