Daniel's room

We have two spare rooms in our lovely condo in Georgetown, Celebration. We are on the second floor and the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. We (my wife and I) spend a lot of time away and are looking for some lovely room mates for when we stay. There’s a large open plan living space, a big kitchen, and each bedroom has a walk-in closet so plenty of storage. You will have use of the clubhouse pool and gym facilities and you will be given parking permit. The apartment is in a great location, close to Publix etc, and only a short drive from WDW. All bills included within the rental. Singles and couples are welcome but for a couple the monthly rent will be $1350 PCM. Background checks must be done on every individual by the HOA and the cost paid to the HOA is $100 each. Please feel free to message me with any questions.

We are a British husband and wife team who have both worked for The Walt Disney Company and we now split our time between the UK and the USA. We are very friendly and sociable people and we would love to make friends with our new roomies.
