Jackson's room

900sqft, you’ll have your own room, bathroom and a shared common area, which is kept clean. I do have a dog, who is hypoallergenic and friendly! (His name is Beaux). Amenities are in-unit washer/dryer, trash/recycling included, Internet, dog park, pool, gym, car wash station and near to Biltmore park/ 15min fo Downtown AVL. The complex also has food trucks/events throughout the week, so also a wonderful community that you can soon be a part of! (Credit check required by the main office, though)

No other roommates, although the room does need a deeper clean from the last roomie, which I’m happy to pay for.
