3 bdrm, 1.5 bath in lovely wooded neighborhood in Liberty Twp. Safe, quiet street.

1 bdrm and use of common areas: $1200/mo furnished, including utilities, 3 mo min (less than 3 months is $1500/mo)

OPEN TO either males or females for first renter. Subsequent renters must be same sex unless all existing renters approve an opposite sex roomie. Bedroom doors can be locked from within and have keyed locks. Note that all residents must pass a background check.

(If you already have roommates or want to live alone, the entire house can be rented for $1950/mo + utilities unfurnished OR $2350/mo + utilities furnished, 12 mo lease. For less than 12 months there is a 15% premium.)

House is newly remodeled and fully furnished. Utilities are included. Wifi included. Large Screen TV in LR with streaming apps.

Each bdrm is furnished and has its own TV with streaming apps and keyed lock.

Renters have full use of common areas (K, DR, LR, FR, Basement).

Common areas are cleaned weekly.

Cleaning supplies provided for use between weekly cleanings. Renters supply their own laundry supplies, shampoo, soap, etc.

Sheets and towels provided.

W/D provided.

Off street parking.

All tenants must have verifiable income and pass a background check.

No smoking in the house, but can smoke outside.

This is a rental house. The owners do not live in the house, though they may stay in one of the rooms on occasion while in town if there’s one available. All renters will undergo a background check for the safety of those living in the house and owners will visit the property frequently and provide weekly cleaning of common areas.

We are relatively easy going. We only want those who rent from us to be clean and neat and cause no damage to the property and respect any others who will be renting there.
