Catherine's room

My husband and I have a large home with an extra private furnished room in the basement. The room has 2 windows and is very secure and well ventilated. There is another boarder in another room on the same floor. Both must share a bathroom with a walk in shower(see pictures). There is no tub.

We have a 14 year old son and a 24 year old niece living with us in the upper floors. The house is quite large. The room is near the bathroom and a shared laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. You must be clean, mature, organized and respectful. No visitors or overnight guests allowed.

We are doing interviews!! This is a home and everyone must get along. If you drive, we have a large driveway with a spot for a medium size car, but if you have a Taho, Escalade, or similar size vehicle, this will not be a good match.

You must have a job with a routine that must be in sync with everyone. We are up early Monday thru Friday, home by 6pm and off weekends. There is refrigerator space, counter, cabinets, and a kitchen sink on the same floor. All cooking must be done in the main kitchen upstairs with everyone.
