Krystn's room

I am renting out this room in my beautiful brand new home. My neighborhood is calm, safe, clean and away from the noise and bustle of the city life. Most of us work from home at least a few times a week, so quietness is a must. This is a family oriented community, so no tacky attitude will be welcome.

I am a 37 year old female living by myself in a 4bedroom house. I just need the extra company as it’s too much space for just me. I work from home sometimes, I am very neat and keep the home in pristine condition. I require that you maintain the cleanliness of the space.
