Come live with us at our house in Sunnyvale! The room we have available is a converted bedroom in what was originally the living room. One of the walls is made of canvas on a wooden frame and there is currently no door, you enter from the back of the kitchen. I have lived in the room the past three years, and it is private, comfortable and peaceful despite not being a real room. The first 2 pictures on the posting are of the room. It will not come furnished.

In addition to your room, you will live in a comfortable home with a clean kitchen, dining room, large garage, a large living/sunroom, as well as a backyard with a bbq and a garden. We also currently have 2 very friendly cats. I posted a picture of them. The location is excellent, nearby lots of great restaurants and 101.

The lease lasts until next September. Utilities are not included in rent and are around 85-120 dollars a month. We have very fast internet and the house is ideal for remote work.

Myself - 31 years old - I am a high school English teacher. I have been living in this house for the past 5 years. I enjoy traveling, playing and coaching soccer, running, music and disc golf. I also enjoy cooking and world music. I am the current resident of this converted room and will be upgrading to one of the other rooms which is opening up.
