About the room
UPDATE: I have paid for November rent, so you can move in ASAP, but November rent is COVERED!! Looking for someone (preferably a girl) to sublease my room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. I got a new job and will be moving out of FoCo by Halloween. It’s a 2 bed (with a walk-in closet) 2 bath (you get your own bathroom!). It includes in-unit washer/dryer, free garage parking, and is only a 4 minute walk from the LSC. I loved living here during my time at CSU; the location is perfect. The apartments are called Atrium Suites. Before utilities (gas, elec, wifi), rent is $875. Let me know if you’re interested and I can send you better pics!
About the roomies
Your one roommate is super cool. She’s 22 and works in the serving industry. She is very respectful, clean, and keeps to herself, but is always down to hang out. Love her<3
