Cecil Place

We have 3 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex in Costa Mesa near the Backbay. The room available is a good size, has vaulted ceilings, a private balcony, walk-in closet and a shared bathroom, plus the half bath downstairs.

We are two friends from college, both about 30 years old, with full-time jobs. We keep the space clean, are active, like to relax at home, walk the neighborhood and are overall pretty mellow. I travel a lot for work, but sometimes work from home. We have a mellow husky and a cat here as well.
