House is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. Only 15 mins from downtown Tampa and also near public transportation. Very large room with own private bathroom. Utilities included: Electric, Water and Internet Access to kitchen and Laundry.

I am the owner and the only person living at the property. I very neat and clean so my potential roommate should be as well. I take pride in my home so treat it with respect and we will get along.
