Great location in Manheim Township right of Lititz Pike. Nice Size bedroom. Newly renovated Apartment. It’s a very nice place.

I’m a 33 year old single salesman with no kids. I do very well year to year but my income is up and down and I could use somebody to split the bills with. Rent is $1,313 a month and utilities including internet is anywhere from $300 to $400 a month depending on the time of year. Looking for somebody to move in right away. The property management company will do a criminal background check and I’m not sure if they do a credit check because I would add you as a occupant because I qualify with my income alone. Occupant means you are not legally responsible and can move out at anytime as long as we both sign a document. I’m looking for a long term roommate though.
