Doug's room

The place is a three bedroom duplex. Bedroom includes a sizable closet and shared access with one roommate to the upstairs bathroom. Aside from the bedrooms upstairs, the ground floor includes a full kitchen, a den (occupied by a ping pong table), dining room, and large living room. In the basement is a washer and dryer. Outside of the living room is access to the deck which leads down to the lakefront backyard. Between the three roommates, we have two parking spaces in front of the house guaranteed, with plenty of extra space for parking as well. House is located on a dead-end street and quiet neighborhood that sees little traffic. It is right off of Rt 135, so there’s easy and quick access to downtown Framingham and the commuter rail if you need it!

We are 30 year old professionals and a 4 year old golden lab. Things are usually quiet here, we each keep to ourselves mostly as there’s plenty of room here. I moved here about four years ago and have loved being here, it’s a great location. I moved in here joining two gentlemen I hadn’t known before, and it all worked out. Hardly any issues over the years. About two years ago, one of our roommates moved to Montana and my friend moved in, so only improvements there. Now our third is moving out, and we don’t know anyone looking, so here we are!

We’re both very laid back people, we like to keep things organized and are overall not very messy. Like I said though, we mostly all keep to ourselves and are just looking for a new third to take advantage of this steal of an apartment with us!
