Generous size room furnished in a 3 bedroom home. Shared kitchen with 2 shared living rooms, large back yard with a pool, washer dryer on site close to shopping mall and grocery store. All bills included. Shared bathroom with one other person.

Shared chores, with a house cleaner once a month for deep cleaning.

Currently only one female in the home, who’s most the time at work. Good vibes, clean and friendly. This home will be shared with a dog, who’s in daycare while I’m working.
