My name is fredy. Im close to signing a lease to a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Santa Barbara and golden gate parkway area of naples. The landlord is asking for 1900 for first, Last and security deposit. I would love to find someone who’s willing to split it with me and make it less expensive. So we’d both put down 2850 but the owner is willing to let us pay the last month’s rent over the span of 6 months so we can arrange that. Condo could be available to move in in the middle of November or Dec. 1st We would be paying a monthly rent of 1100 with all bills included (electric and internet) as rent covers everything else. There’s an HOA that doesn’t allow trucks or pets unfortunately.

Looking for someone who’s clean, dependable, respectful, responsible, with a full time job and no drama. Gender and race doesn’t matter. Would prefer someone in their 20s like myself.

I’m a 28 year old guy with a professional job. I have a stable income, go to college part time online, keep to myself, and won’t bring any drama. I consider myself respectful and laidback. I get up for work very early so I go to bed early. I’m very clean and hygienic and don’t have any problems with the law.

I enjoy working out, playing video games, reading, cycling, playing the piano and guitar and going to breweries. Just want to share pace where we can both be comfortable and feel at home and happy to see each other.
