This bright 10x10 room features high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. It has a private bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and parking is included. Utilities are also included in the rent.

The apartment is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from CSU, 5 minutes from Foothills Mall, and within walking distance of a bus stop. The room is currently empty, and move-in is flexible. I’m ideally looking for a 6–12 month lease starting after May, but I’m open to discussing dates.

I’m a young professional working a typical 9–5 schedule. I have a dog named Milo — he’s sweet but can be reactive with pets he doesn’t know, so we’d need to do a proper introduction if you have a dog. (Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats.)

I’m hoping to find another young professional or graduate student who is responsible, respectful, and keeps a calm, clean living environment.
