2 bedroom, 2 bathroom - both rooms are ensuites (bathroom is attached to the bedroom). Furnished with modern, chic furnishings. All updated appliances. Floor to ceiling windows. Walk-in closets. This place is a literal dream. I would be in the master bedroom. Would prefer someone to sign for a 12-month lease with me!

I’m 25, I work remotely as a software engineer, I’m extremely clean and quiet, but I do have an active social life (weekends would involve pregames, after parties in the mornings/afternoons, etc). So if you’re down to make friends, ideally I would want to be good friends with my roommates and to go out together and be besties! But we can also can just co-live in harmony and have our privacy, if that is what you prefer. I do need a clean, and respectful roommate - no crazy drama, here to have fun and spread love. I’m super laid back, what’s mine is yours type of personality. As long as there is clear communication, there should be no issues ever!
