About the room
House is in a great location! Room has never been smoked in, it has a desk with a laptop for basic needs. Room also has a couch with a pull-out full size mattress. I can get rid of the couch if desired. Has a closet as well. Bathroom is in the hallway, home-owner would use the bathroom on the other end of the house 90 percent of the time.
About the roomies
The home-owner would be the only other person living in the house. He runs his business out of the 3rd bedroom/converted into office on the other side of the house. Does not smoke, does not drink.
