2bed/2.5bath townhouse. Unfurnished bedroom with its own en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs, with a half bath and washer/dryer located downstairs. The house is located in Buena Ventura Lakes. 35-40 minutes from downtown Orlando. Utilities & internet included. Security deposit is for both last months rent and security deposit, $825 each. I can be flexible on upfront amount. You will need to pass a background check and get on the lease which ends August 2024.

I am looking for a girl to rent the second bedroom. Looking for someone with no pets or kids. Location is great with Publix, Aldi & more stores less than 5 minutes away, and close access to the turnpike. As long as everyone is respectful of the common areas I don’t care if you bring someone over a few times a week.

I am 26 yo female I work as a pharmacy technician and go to college. I am a relatively quiet person who occasionally drinks and doesn’t party or smoke. I don’t have pets or kids (besides my plants). I like to cook vegetarian food and go out and do things occasionally on the weekend. I am not home a lot because I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend’s house so you would have the house to yourself pretty often. When I’m not working or studying I like to take care of my plants, hike, run, kayak, watch movies and read. I enjoy doing my own thing and mostly keep to myself but am also down to hang out or watch movies if you’re up for it :)
