About the room
My roommates and I are looking for a new roommate to rent out an upstairs room in our lovely little townhome. We are located in Oceanside near the San Luis Del Rey Mission, just off the 76 freeway.
The room is 9 x 9 square feet and it features a full length reach-in closet and a large sliding window. The bedroom has no private bathroom but there is a shared restroom just outside the bedroom and immediately to the right.
The house also includes several shared areas that we are more than happy to share:
a living room, a half bathroom on the lower level, a kitchen with refrigerator/stove/dishwashing machine/two-compartment sink, a backyard/patio area, and a two-car garage equipped with washer and dryer.
About the roomies
The three of us are ~30 years old and work full-time, mostly evenings. We enjoy eating out together and playing video/board games together on occasion. We are quite clean and tidy ourselves and try to keep the house that way.
