Two young professionals in their 30s seeking a third roommate for their home in Englewood 20 min from downtown Denver. Ideal move in date any time from 11/15 to 12/01. Current lease ends 5/31/2024, with option to renew.

Rent - $1,200 per month (utilities not included)

The room for rent (165 sq ft, 15’ x 11’) includes a private on-suite bathroom and ample closet space. The bedroom is on the front side of the house overlooking a quiet street in Englewood. Queen sized bed is pictured, but please note room will not be furnished and will be emptied and cleaned by move in. Additional storage is available for renter, including a dedicated coat closet on the first floor, and a roughly 1500 square foot basement for any additional storage needs.

More about our home and the shared spaces: The house as a whole is roughly 2500 square feet, which does not include the unfinished basement.

The kitchen features a double oven, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space for cooking. Large cabinets and a butler’s pantry mean there is plenty of room for everyone’s things. These spaces also include a wine fridge and Breville espresso machine for communal use. The kitchen also includes an 8 person dining table.

Off the kitchen, the formal dinning room has been converted into a workout space. This includes a Peloton bike which renter is welcome to use.

The living room is spacious with a 50“ smart TV and gas fireplace. Plenty of light comes in and offers a view overlooking the backyard.

The private backyard includes a covered patio with outdoor seating and a communal grill.

Office space is available if needed to share.

Our home also includes a washer and dryer off the kitchen.

Two females with hybrid working schedules. We enjoy being outdoors (climbing, hiking, skiing, biking), reading, concerts, and exploring new restaurants. We have 2 cats and 1 small dog. Unfortunately, we can’t welcome anymore pets into our home, but would love to welcome you!
