Looking for someone to take over my lease asap or spring semester January - June!

It’s a single room and shared bathroom upstairs. Kitchen and main floor was just redone. I’m willing to leave the furniture but for a fee (includes bed and two dressers) It’s super cheap rent $725 including utilities. Walkable from campus, we are right by the stadium and it’s pretty quiet throughout the day.

I live in a house with 3 UVA 2nd year girls currently. They are all super sweet and nice. Everyone mostly keeps to themselves but will socialize. I’ve decided to go back to school out of state and need someone to take over my lease for me asap or starting spring semester.
