Welcome to Sunset Avenue. In this 2BR 2BA, you’ll live with a wonderful grad student in a very spacious 5th-floor apartment overlooking trees and right into the evening sun. You will have your own 4-door walking closet and your own bathroom. The apartment was recently renovated and has very nice bathrooms and a modern kitchen. Utilities add up to approx. max. $100. Move-in date is flexible. Bedroom furniture is not included, but a sofa, TV, and kitchen table are. Washer & Dryer included. The best things are restaurants, a café, a nail studio right below the apartment, a walkable neighborhood, and a 6-minute walk to supermarket Harris Teeter, Walgreens, and Cameron Village. 15-minute walk to NC State Campus. The immediate neighborhood has two parks. Small pets are allowed but your future roommate is allergic to cats.

Your roommate will be a female grad student, 28 yrs. old. You will be signing a new lease with her for twelve months. You will go through the standard application process of the apartment rental agency.
