3-bedroom house with 2.5 baths - room available includes a shared bathroom on the top floor. Small patio in the back, second living room downstairs, in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and house is furnished outside of the bedroom. No pets allowed (except for short-term visits) and my landlord really wants a credit score of 670+ or close to it.
There are currently two girls living in the house, age 24 & 28. One is currently in graduate school and both work in behavioral therapy. Both girls are bubbly, welcoming, clean, and quiet.
