Leilanda's room

Until I decide if I will sell my home or hire a property management company, I am seeking a roommate. My daughter and I will be back and forth to the house to check in but we are ultimately moving to Philadelphia permanently. Starting off with the roommate will also allow an introduction with no extreme pressure on myself or person renting room to commit to a long term lease and we can see if this could be a good long term fit to rent.

It’s just my child and I; however we will rarely be there as we will be setting up residency in Philadelphia. My daughter is going to start her new school there this upcoming January (after this winter break).
