Quail Ridge

Looking for a working female professional for a second bedroom with a private bathroom at Quail Ridge apartments. Needs to be ready to move in by Nov 1st (first month’s rent would be due on move-in). The room would be unfurnished. Utilities would be separate. Looking to renew the 12-month lease and the roommate would have to sign on.

The apartment is on 2nd floor (there are 3 floors) but pretty quiet overall. The washer and dryer are in the unit. We would share common areas such as the living room and kitchen. You are more than welcome to decorate the apartment if you would like. The property doesn’t allow for smoking/vaping.

I am a female professional who works in Newport Beach. I tend to go into the office so if you work from home it would be pretty quiet in the mornings. I do have an older cat who stays in my room but has the opportunity to roam the common areas when I am home. I tend to keep to myself and am respectful of boundaries. I have friends over sometimes but will always give you a heads-up. Looking forward to finding a roommate who is drama-free and willing to keep our space clean and safe.
