Community has a pool, clubhouse, basketball court and pond. $500 a month plus $100 deposit. Can also rent a second bedroom for an additional $200 a month if you need an extra room for kids. Must sign a month to month agreement before move in. 420 and cat friendly. No large dogs allowed or smoking inside. Washer and dryer in home. I will run a criminal background check and you must show income 2x rent. Male or female but I would prefer a female like myself.
