Hi! I’m looking for a roomie to take over the master bedroom. My current roommate is moving out December 16th because she needs to move to an apartment on the ground floor.

The apartment is a third floor unit, so you don’t have to worry about upstairs neighbors, and has 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms. There is also an in unit washer and dryer, which is very convenient.

The apartments are in a safe area, and an HEB is just down the road. I moved into this apartment last year and I have loved it so far.

I am a middle school teacher, so I am at work from 8 to 5 every day. I usually stay in my room unless I’m in the kitchen cooking, and I rarely have other people over.

My current roommate and I met on roomies, and we’ve become pretty good friends. So if you want to be friends that’d be cool, or if you’d rather I leave you alone, that would also be cool.
