I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a bedroom in a two bedroom apartment starting January 1st, 2024. The lease ends July 29th, 2024. There is a male student living in the other bedroom. The apartment has 1 1/2 bathrooms, washer and dryer. It’s within walking distance of the App State Campus. It’s a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the library.
