1 room available for rent, $800 per month bills included, on a 6 month lease with option to renew. Room is part of a 3 bedroom 2 bath, beautiful home with a pool in North Hanford. Renter will share a restroom with 1 female roommate and will have access to common living areas which include: Kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool, backyard, and bbq area. May also use any appliances in these areas.

Home has a guest house in the backyard that will be occupied by the owner and child. The main house will be shared by 3 roommates. All tenants have access to common living areas.

Home will be shared between homeowner and child. & Occasional appearances by the additional renters
