South Saint Andrew's Place

Hello!

Our home is located in Hancock Park on 3rd and St. Andrews! It is a quiet, residential neighborhood with easy access to bus stops just at the end of the block. We are looking to rent the room out go someone who is respectful and considerate. Looking for single occupancy. The room does come with a street parking permit.

The room is private with its own bathroom. It is a professionally cleaned/sanitized room.

There is a full kitchen and laundry area outside. Designated refrigerator space and drawers provided!

The property also has many fruit trees that are free for the picking! I highly recommend you juice the oranges! There are also canopies in the backyard with couches for your use with string lights for nighttime.

Gas, Spectrum 350mbps internet, electricity, and water are all already INCLUDED in the monthly rent! The home is very secure and has 24 hour security cameras all around the home. You will receive a key for the front gate and one for for your room.

The home is owned by my mother and I help her manage it. Please text or call me with any questions and I’d be happy to help. There is a medium sized labradoodle named Benji that roams around during the day. Please do not inquire if having a dog around is an issue. He is friendly but energetic.

There are a couple other tenants renting rooms in tbe main house but this unit is completely detached and the most private. There is a shared kitchen but only one other person uses it. The other tenants are busy and there won’t be any issues with the shared kitchen.
