Robert's room

Spacious home, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with large backyard. Walking distance from a smart train station, and close distance to downtown San Rafael. This home has one unfurnished room available including a shared bathroom, living room, family room, and kitchen.

Other tenant is responsible, quiet, and we usually keep to ourselves. I will occasionally work from home, and other roommate works from home every day. We are both 25 years old.

My family owns the home, and I live on-site, and able to quickly address any concerns you may have. Current tenants are in mid 20s, responsible, and usually keep to ourselves.
