Hello! I JUST purchased this townhouse and I’m looking for a roommate to share my home with. I will update with new photos next weekend once I get unpacked. It’s located a mile away from Van Dorn Street Metro Station, 6 minutes away from Kingstowne Towne Center and 15 minutes from Old Town Alexandria. I’m renting out the master bedroom which has its own private balcony (there is an additional balcony downstairs), walk-in closet, dual sinks, stand in glass shower, bathtub, private room for toilet, shared common area on main floor and washer and dryer in common area upstairs. Access to the community pool in the summer. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and friendly.

I am a dental hygienist in my late 30’s. In my spare time I love to cook, read, listen to music, work out and spend time with family and friends.
