Ashley's room

I have a bedroom available for rent with a walk in closet. It’s considered the “master” bedroom for my apartment. There is a TV and a bed in the room. No dresser. It can be used or you can bring your own furniture. It is a two story apartment. Bathroom upstairs with the shower would be shared. There is a bathroom downstairs, no shower. Washer and dryer in the unit. Located in the south east. Only one assigned parking spot but there is parking available in the complex.

It’s just my son and I. Looking for a roommate who is in college or retired/disabled with reliable income. I’m renting the room out to offset the costs of my rent.
