Karon's room

House located in a quiet subdivision with families and older folks. The room can be furnished with what is in the pictures or it can be fully furnished by the new person. This room shares a bathroom with one other room that is not currently occupied. The room is located on the main floor of a house that does have stairs up a front porch but no other stairs are needed for using the space. The room does have 2 doors to exit, one by the shared bathroom and one by the front door of the house. Newly repainted with newer windows.

The house has 2 people currently (both 36 female). We have 1 cat and 1 dog already in the house and would be open to anyone bringing in another pet as long as they get along with the current pets. We are looking for someone who wants a non-party, quiet house who is respectful about space but willing to share main spaces with each other. We are both adults who are focused on work, gardening, raising chickens and having a nice house sharing experience. This is a smoke free home so no smoking or vaping. The current occupants are serious about COVID precautions and run an air purifier all winter and have the windows open as late into the season as possible. The house is kept cooler in the winter and going without air conditioning in the summer to keep costs down. Extra use of a room air conditioner or room space heater would be an additional 35$ charge due to the electric charges. Rent is 550$ plus 1/3rd of bills (average of 75$) per month. Rental can be for less than a year if needed or wanted.
