Room in townhouse available for rent! Townhouse has 3 levels with a living room, bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen on the middle level. 5 bedrooms in house. Street parking, access to unit from the street. 3 cats as well! Move in available asap and mattress/frame included ! Rent fluctuates with utilities but never more than $650 a month.

All of us are around 21, two roommates are currently going to school and working, the other two are just working currently. We are fun and adventurous to be around, never a dull moment in the house. We do have people over most weekends so it does get a little rowdy, but it is relatively quiet during the week!
