This private room comes either furnished or not and is around 150sft with a closet and an ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM for $899 with all utilities included. Utilities include WiFi, water, gas, electric, sewer, and trash. Room can come either furnished or unfurnished.

Security deposit is $900 so it’s $1800 total to move in with 1st months rent. Will entertain 3 month and 6 month leases. No evictions or criminal record.
