The Village at Heritage Place We have a lovely 2 bed 2 bath, with washer and dryer located on the patio. You would be splitting the master bedroom with attached bathrom one other person, which means having a closet to yourself as well as half of a large room. Bottom floor, central A/C, access to a pool and jacuzzi, plenty of gated parking as well as visitor parking. The property is well maintained and has plenty of shade and trees. Water bill included in rent, but all other utilities responsibility of roommates to share. Split evenly, usually comes out to about $50-$80 a month.

Two queer roommates, both quiet, responsible, and clean. One pansexual nonbinary individual, one transman with too many other letters in his identity to list. Each has a cat, one of which likes humans but hates other cats, so preferably no more cats added to the situation unless you have a lot of patience and understanding of cat behavior and introduction. Both roommates fairly nerdy, with interests in Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and spooky things (shared space decorated as such). One roommate has usual 10am-6pm hours, other works Disney and may work odd shifts.
