Alexis's room

Located conveniently 1 block away from El Cajon Blvd in between 68th and 70th street walking distance to Ralphs, Adalbertos, Papa Johns and only a mile from everything College Area has to offer. This is a 600 sq ft one bedroom apartment with the living room to rent. It’s located in the downstairs unit of a house with a private entrance in the back area. I know a living room doesn’t sound the most enticing, but I am open to separating the area so that it wouldn’t need walked through to access the kitchen, bathroom or my bedroom so it would be as private as possible. Right now, I have my couch and other items in the area but would move those things to my room if needed. If someone were to need a furnished room, the couch is a futon that can be laid down into a bed, so I’m open to options. The entire rent is $1600 a month so I’m looking to charge $800 for rent and then charge for cox wifi that is $50 a no month and electricity has been around $100-$150 a month depending how much the stove/kitchen is used. I would also be looking to require a small security deposit and we would sign our own lease agreement for the duration of the lease that we agree on and have it professionally notarized. I’m open to showing the area after work during the week and any time on the weekends. I’m flexible on the move in date, but preferably before April 5th as that’s the last day to pay rent without late fees.

I’m a 30 year old Administrative Assistant for a Dental Office in Seaside Village in La Jolla. I work M-F from 8am to 5pm and with commuting don’t tend to get home until after 6. Even though I’m hardly home, I like to maintain a cleanly environment when I am home. I moved to San Diego from Fort Wayne, Indiana May of 2022 with my boyfriend of 5 years. We have recently separated causing him to relocate back to Indiana and leave me with the apartment since the lease is only in my name. I’m looking for a female to rent out my living room area. I haven’t made many friends since being out here besides a few coworkers so I’m also looking for someone that would be down to hang out and chill and make dinner on work nights and go to the beach and whatnot on weekends.
