Hello! I have a master room in Tustin available starting December 1st 2023. I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting December 1st, and will be eligible to renew for another 1 year lease term starting February 1st 2024. Since you would be taking over my lease, December and January rent is $1200 a month, not including utilities. If you would like to renew the lease in February, rent will then be $1650 per month thereafter. Additional $300 if you would like the full-furnished room (new from January 2023). Amenities include brand new refrigerator, in-unit washer and dryer, attached garage. Quiet and safe neighborhood, good parking, central location in Columbus Square in Tustin Legacy, very close to the District and Tustin Marketplace, good access to the 5, 55, and 405 freeways.
