Jesse's room

This gem of a room is spacious (12x14’), partially furnished (Queen Size Bed, nightstand, table lamps & Chaise lounge), has southern & western-facing windows with exquisite light, beautiful hardwood floors, and an ample walk-in closet! Oh, and a private sink to boot!

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, with an old Wedgewood stove (with a working griddle…say what?), rustic dining room with stunning natural light all day long, a cozy living room with bay windows and bench seating all the way around, a sweet bathroom that has a claw foot tub and pull chain toilet, a quaint deck, a shared backyard and laundry room (coin-operated) on the ground floor. All utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, high-speed wireless internet, Apple TV (Hulu/Netflix/Amazon Prime), cleaning & household supplies, (toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, aluminum foil, etc…..you get the gist) are INCLUDED!!!! We do have the house (common areas only) professionally cleaned once a month for $50/pp.

The neighborhood(s) nearby are adorable. We border not only GG Park but Upper Haight & Cole Valley areas. We are close to various forms of public transportation, cafes, grocery stores, museums and great restaurants; all just a mere stone’s throw away!

The inhabitants are a charming family of two. I’m a Mom, Life/Business Coach, HR & Operations Manager for start-ups, garden and food enthusiast and my 15-year old son who loves skateboarding, soccer, getting good grades, playing piano and drawing is here part-time (3 days a week) and is rumored to be emotionally mature, polite, engaging, independent and kind. Not your typical teen so I’m told.

Our other flatmate will be moving in on 11/1. She is from Georgia (The country), works in social media from home, and loves exploring the city and spending time with her friends.
