Private room with 2 roomies. Shared bathroom with one other. Large furnished living room and full kitchen shared amongst the three of us. Free parking in the driveway or street. In house laundry, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen appliances to use.

We are a 30 seconds walk to the Tuckahoe Metro North Station so coming in and out of the city is very easy. Plenty of restaurants and bars near by. About a 5 min walk away from the Bronx River path which is great if you’re a fellow runner/biker. Most stores are within walking distance. Deli a 5 min walk away for quick bites, grocery and pharmacy are about a 15 min walk into Bronxville.

We (27M, 31F) are looking for someone chill, clean, respectful, LGBTQ+ friendly. We are friendly people who tend to stick to ourselves but are always down to catch a movie or a friendly chat whenever we do cross paths. We both enjoy exercising and being out and about most of the time. All we ask is that you keep common spaces as clean as possible, and to just ask if you’re planning on hosting guests :). 99% of the time there’s no problem there, either. I’m the type that’s happy to share a beer, chat, watch sports or movies, but that’s definitely not required as long as you’re down to earth and respectful!
