About the room
Hello Everyone, I have a spare bedroom in 3-floor, large and spacious townhouse available for rent. You will be sharing household with a housemate. The whole house is furnished except the room for rent on the third floor.
First floor is a furnished home office that is available for use (e.g., work-at-home/telecommuting) with spare private bathroom. Second floor is kitchen, dining and living room areas with half bathroom. Third floor is where bedrooms and main bathroom are located.
In-unit washer and dryer close to the bedroom, which makes it easy to do laundry. Other amenities include fireplace, dishwasher, and fenced small backyard.
Located in Northgate Seattle area. Close to bus line, Safeway and QFC, Target, 24 Hour Fitness, and Northgate Mall.
$800 per month rent plus half of utilities and internet.
About the roomies
PhD researcher at UW. I keep to myself and like to go to the gym to lift weights and swim.
